If you're looking for a place to stay in or near Utrecht, look no further! This lovely little cottage right by the water has everything you need, including free WiFi and even Netflix. There's a tram stop right outside too, so you can get into the city centre in no time. Also, the owner - Anthony - is the kindest man you'll ever meet! He greeted me with a drink of my choosing and a cookie upon arrival, and offered to make me coffee for the road when I left. I couldn't recommend this stay more and hope I get to return one day :)

Really friendly staff, great location (just a 5 min walk to the canal and city centre), easy parking and overall beautiful and comfortable hotel. Room was big (standard room with balcony), quiet (no noise from outside or hallway), very clean and well kept. Definitely better than expected!

Liked the quirky decor. Bedroom very comfortable with everything we needed. Nice atmosphere in the bar/dining room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and great coffee. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
