I had a great time in NH Utrecht. The hotel looked modern, both in terms of the rooms and the overall facilities. The halls before reaching your room, for example, were quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and helped us with every request (special shoutout to Francisco in the reception). The rooms were clean, spacious, and pleasant to be in. The location was great, right outside of the train station. We were offered candy, fruit, water, and tea at the reception whenever we wanted. We were also given a free drink for every day we chose not to have our room cleaned. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. There was a kettle and free tea in the room. The bathroom was clean and fully equipped with a nice shower (two different shower heads), a hair dryer, soap, body wash, and shampoo… I really could go on and on. NH really knocked it out of the park.

I had a wonderful stay at this property, where the late-night access to the sauna and pool added a relaxing touch to the evening. The room was impeccably clean, and the in-room sauna functioned perfectly, providing a luxurious experience alongside the superb bubble bath in the quickly heating bathtub. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall comfort of my stay. Breakfast was a delightful affair, offering a variety of tasty and filling options to start the day right.

I loved the room, the dinner at the hotel. All the staff was very kind. The hotel is very close to the bus and tram stop. Besides that, the hotel is very clean and beautiful.
