Wonderfully restored property in the Newari style close to Durbar square. Great terrace with delicious breakfast served to the table by very nice staff. The room is very beautiful, very large, well decorated, in good taste. Keep in mind that Newari style has low ceilings :-) and adapt to it. The Newari windows were gorgeous, nice to sit in the rocking chair next to the window, in the morning. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

Mr. Pradeep and family welcomed me with a warm smile when I reached the property. I immediately felt at home. It’s a beautiful traditional Nepali house just 3 minutes from Patan Durbar square for anybody who likes to experience this unique place. Equipped with fridge, kettle, water, fresh towels, slippers etc. it’s a traditional house so do not expect huge luxurious bathrooms but it is clean and small. The hearty breakfast served by the host and conversations are priceless. I stayed here for 2 days and had the best time. I highly recommend to anybody interested in unique traditional stay experience.

Staying in a beautifully restored Newari home was a wonderful experience . Rooms were spacious . There are many stairs to get to the top so we stayed in room 4 as it was not too many stairs and nice view . Staff are all lovely and helpful . Great position only a few minutes walk to the Patan Durbar square

It's an amazing homestay, the owner showed me the must visit temples due to my short stay.We also had family dinner with other guests, sharing what was the day of us. The breakfast was delicious and healthy . The room was organized and clean, though it's an old traditional house but you still had a spiritual vibe, can't wait for coming back soon.

Having a kitchen in the studio was a big plus.
I LOVE the breakfast pancakes.
Ordering food on room service, laundry service and daily cleaning all works 100%, top notch service.
Staff is highly professional and were able to accommodate us even when there were some issues in one of the rooms - first they tried to solve the issues asap and when it wasn’t possible, they provided us with another room that was absolutely perfect.
We stayed multiple times and tried 4 rooms in this hotel - studio 1 and 2, apartment 1 and 4. All rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable.
The roof top terrace is amazing.
Whatever we needed or wished for was provided.
And I mean seriously - the PANCAKES 🧡 best I’ve ever had.

This is a newly renovated hotel with very comfortable rooms and lobby. The shower has excellent hot water. The staff are extremely friendly and helped us organize our trip. The location is superb, just a three-minute walk to the famous Patan Durbar Square, making it easy to explore this historic district on foot. The breakfast is solid, and overall, it’s an excellent value, exceeding our expectations. Highly recommended!
