Clear and easy check in and out process. Very clean apt with housekeeping every 3 days. Good hot shower with enough towels and soap shampoo. Comfortable beds and pillows. Sufficient parking available each day. Directly opposite Simply Fresh” store and very near petrol station (with Hertz car rental) and walkable to Northcote central where there is Woolworths and many Asian eateries and supermarkets. Very communicative host that responds promptly.

I've given this hotel a very high ranking, and they deserve it. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are absolutely spotless, and the bed oh so comfortable. Wish I could keep the beds. I've never slept so well! Just remember to pay for the off-road parking if you have a car. It's $15 per day, but thoroughly worth it.

Very nice, new apartment. We booked a two bedrooms apartment, but got 2 one-bedroom apartments. The apartment is spacious, have a good functional kitchen for easy breakfast. Nice living room and bathroom that is well equipped. Our apartments are facing the wood, therefore, very quiet. There is underground parking facilities, which we appreciated. Overall, very nice apartment, highly recommended.

Mike and Wendy are the perfect hosts who have clearly put their heart and soul into making this property a very special retreat.
The Cleanliness and quality of finish of the property was immaculate. The appliances were top quality and a joy to use. As a result, I have gone and bought the same Nespresso machine!
The location is perfect with the ferry service to the city just a comfortable walk away.
We would definitely stay here again.
