warm , welcoming staff soon as you enter the hotel they assist you with any questions you have in the most friendliest way. Food was DELICIOUS! Room was clean to high expectations & mini bar , the hydrotherapy room plus heated pool was a bonus . especially loved the Bath tub in the room ! it was our first time here too

Great location, central cbd, close to everything. Warm welcoming service on arrival by front office staff helps a lot. Rooms clean and comfortable. Cleaning service was great by Josh. Option for Green Eco was also a great initiative - $10 voucher to use on F&B. Great value for money. This is the second time we have stayed here in a month & would stay again.

From the check-in counter, to room service, to valet parking, the staff was pleasant and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. Our stay was perfect. Special mention for the meat served at the Grill, the hotel restaurant where our dinner was exceptional.

Location is very good - close to Queen Street, harbor, 2 steps away from the SkyTower. You have shops, restaurants and supermarkets within a short walk distance.
Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. We especially appreciated the dishwasher and washing machine and dryer.
Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful.
We stayed with them for 1-2 nights 3 times within a 3 weeks timeframe. They agreed to deposit some of our luggage in between the stays - it was really really appreciated as it made our life lots easier touring New Zealand.
