The staff were very friendly and super helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Great location for both city and park and only 10 mins walk to Sky City bus terminal (for airport and routes to south). Views from floor 26 were exceptional. Room very well laid out and no room service disturbances - you can replenish coffee, shampoo etc. from reception instead and staff were all very helpful. If you only want somewhere to sleep, there are plenty of similar alternatives nearby at lower prices. However, if you plan to spend time in the room, this is a good one.
