The place was very neat and tidy, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. I really enjoyed all the small touches, like having milk in the fridge for use, and great soaps and shampoos. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location wise, it was quiet and nice to be close to the gardens.

Very clean, comfortable and in a very easy walking area. The 2 bathrooms were so nice for our family of 4. The carpet smelled new and the showers had great water pressure.

Incredibly clean and well presented suites in the heart of the CBD. A direct walk down queens street to the water front and a 5-10 minute walk to the sky tower. Staff were very friendly and looked after our bags while we explored Auckland. We would definitely recommend this place and will be staying here next time we’re in town.
