After a long fight (17 hrs) we arrived at 5:50 am. Was expecting to drop luggage. Staff offered us to freshen up. Shampoo, soap and towels provided and opened up shower facilities. This was beyond the call of duty and very greatly appreciated. Kudos to the staff. Thank you once again. As soon as the room was ready, received a message. This is excellent service.

The staff were very friendly and super helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room was upgraded and we were offered free breakfast and early check-in our first day. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and the portions were very generous.
