This is a fantastic hotel that ticks all the boxes for comfort, customer service and a sense of luxury. The staff were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. The bed was amazing and so was the shower. We also loved how the hotel was decorated; lots to see (artwork, books, etc... not your standard hotel lobby) and the location was perfect for us: short walking distance to everything in Christchurch center. In the same courtyard as the hotel you can find a wine bar which is a lovely place to spend an evening. I cannot think of a single thing that I would suggest to change in this hotel. Our stay was simply perfect.

Amazing experience. Super cool system with check-in and online keys - loved it (never had this anywhere before). Super friendly stuff. Great central location and close to the bus station. Good bonus - got a free update for a king suit with a beautiful view. Super clean and absolutely stunning design. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

The Sudima Hotel is beautiful! It has the right balance between new designs, eco friendly products and systems, practical but comfortable suites and the absolute highlight: very very friendly staff members! Each and every one of them has made our stay at the hotel amazing and one of a kind!
