The room was huge—almost as big as our whole apartment back home. The bed was large and incredibly warm and comfy. The breakfast was fabulous, with a great selection of food available on the buffet. The staff were helpful.

It was a wonderful stay. The front desk staff and housekeeping team were very warm and friendly. They did their best to meet the guests’ needs. What impressed me the most was the help they offered during Dunedin Fashion Week — they provided so much support, which allowed me to focus on and complete the competition with peace of mind. I stayed 2 months at Uptown Backpackers. The staff is friendly and make everything to feel like home. In terms of prices, you won't find anything cheaper for this quality. You have free coffre/tea + free Laundry if you stay longer. The location is perfect because close from supermarkets, workplaces and main attractions in Dunedin.
