What a gem! I was looking for accommodation in Rotorua and this option stood out. This is one of my best stays in New Zealand so far, I was truly impressed with the quality of facilities. Everything is brand new, the room is nicely equipped with a kitchenette. Even though it doesn't have a stove, I discovered an air fryer in a cupboard! The beds are huge, the room is very spacious, Woolworths is just a 2min drive. Huge respect to the owners who did a fantastic job.

I had a great two-night stay at this motel. It was really wonderful, especially the spa with a large hot tub, and the TV with YouTube and Netflix. The staff was very kind and friendly. She introduced me to the nearby attractions, and since I was alone and didn’t rent a car, she even exchanged some small changes for me to take the bus. I participated in activities at the Maori Cultural Village, and they picked me up directly from the motel. It was a wonderful holiday, and I had a great two-night stay.

The motel was absolutely superb, feeling more like a luxury apartment. I especially loved that it was set up like a house, so convenient for bringing luggage directly from the car. The room had everything: a comfortable bed, a clean toilet, a kitchen, a master bedroom, and even a massage bath—I really enjoyed that! Plus, there was a sofa, a tiny table, a TV, towels, a hair dryer, a microwave, cups, a knife, and tea pockets. Everything was perfect and well worth the price.👌☺️

Love this place - absolutely spotless, great amenities, centrally located and accessible, very helpful staff, considerate and great customer service. Would have loved to stay here for a couple of days more but we had to head over to our next destination. We were sad to leave. Thank you Vanessa for making our stay here memorable.
