We had a wonderful two-night stay here and were impressed by how convenient and welcoming everything was. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Rotorua, close to shops, attractions, and dining, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the essentials we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette which made it easy to prepare small meals or enjoy a hot drink. A thoughtful touch was receiving a bottle of milk at check-in for a cuppa after a long drive. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Parking was easy, and check-in was smooth and efficient. This is a great base for exploring Rotorua and relaxing in between adventures. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in Rotorua in the future.

Everything was excellent. The lady who manages the suites could not have been more helpful. Great location to access all the incredible sights in Rotorua.

Excellent room, very spacious, clean, with dedicated car parking right outside the room. Staff was friendly, with check-in and check-out being hassle free. Quiet neighborhood, 5 minute drive from the action. Jacuzzi was a nice bonus as well.

The hosts were amazing and attentive, we enjoyed our stay, it was convenient to what we wanted to do, centre was only down the road. We had a room with a spa which we enjoyed, bed was so comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. If you needed anything the hosts were right on it. Everything was clean also having access to their own Netflex was a bonus as we had alot of rain the first night so it was nice to rest and watch a movie.

The staff are incredibly friendly, and the location is superb—it's easy to get to from the bus stop and is close to the city center. The facilities and rooms are clean and guests enjoy free coffee, tea, and also paper towels! Best of all, it's very reasonably priced. If you're planning a longer stay, be sure to ask the staff about their discount options.
