I usually NEVER write reviews but this time I have to because the manager was exceptional! I was allocated a room with no window at first which was fair value for money and perfectly okay for someone visiting Panama City for sightseeing but I was slightly disappointed because I had planned to work all day from the room and dreaded to do it without a glimpse of daylight. I went to the reception and asked if there was a common area with daylight I could use to work and they immediately changed my room to probably the best they had without an extra charge. Thank you so much!!! Internet speed was decent (80mb download, 3mb upload)!
