New furniture, new sheets, clean carpets and homemade food with restaurante quality. They take very serious when it comes to provide good services. Hosts helped with every detail. I booked only 5 nights but I decides to stay longer. I would definitely come back, I stayed in other hotels in the region but this is 100% the best option for a reasonable price.

The staff were very professional and courteous- happily storing our baggage as we arrived much earlier than check in. The room was huge and very clean. A great little kitchen. A flat screen Tv that worked (with a USB stick)! and it's near the university district that is full of small supermarkets and excellent cafes. The rooftop pool is a very attractive spot to hang out and gaze over the rooftops. We only stayed for 1 night, but a longer stay would have been great.
