It’s a beautiful, modern and super clean hotel in business district of Lima. It’s 30 minutes ride to the historical center of Lima. The room is exceptionally well designed- the most comfortable bed with pristine white bed linen, super nice pillows and blanket you want to take home with you. Very big bathroom with high quality cosmetics. The breakfast is great quality and very tasty.

The hotel was one of the most impressive hotels I have ever stayed in. From the second you walk in, you know you will be looked after with great care. The staff were excellent. The pool area is beautiful especially with the outdoor jacuzzi. The breakfast in the morning had an unbelievable selection of greatly prepared food. There is just a very calming atmosphere in the hotel.

If you have a room on a higher floor, the view of the city is spectacular. Guests on particular floors get access to Westin Lounge on the 29th floor, which allows you to have 3 meals a day of a very high quality. The location is convenient but it all depends where you want to go in the city. Don't take taxis recommended from the concierge because they are twice as expensive as the ones you can catch on the street. Beware that Lima is a big city and the traffic moves very slowly whenever you go. The staff is very helpful and the hotel experience overall is excellent.

Joseph was the most attentive host I have ever had- from communicating before I even landed in the country, to staying awake to greet me and even taking me for a drive around town to show me the local places. He had every need considered in the rooms from drinks stocked up in the fridge to all the toiletries in the bathrooms, and during breakfast he always came to chat and engage with his guests.
