I really like the staff they were so helpful especially the pool bar the bartender Michael and the staff Jose was such a nice company since we couldn’t go to the beach because of the weather he was so nice to entertain us he also offered to guide us to places since we didn’t know where to go and we felt safe as we were all girls we were not so sure about going out just us since we didn’t felt safe at all so when he offered we felt safe when he guided us to places so we enjoyed our Boracay trip because of Michael the hospitality on this hotel is the best they go beyond on what your gonna expect it was such a nice experience thank to Michael and Jose. I will seriously recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Wow, what an amazing hotel! The hotel’s beach is simply stunning, as are the pools. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was abundant with plenty of options. Rooms are cleaned in the morning and there’s a refresh service in the afternoon if needed. The rooms are spacious with huge beds. The hotel is a bit far from the center, but it offers van shuttles every two hours. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip. Highly recommended!

I spent 2 weeks in the Native Bungalow which was amazing! Completely secluded in its little corner with a super comfy hammock outside. I worked from here too, for which the WiFi was perfect. It’s super nicely designed, the breakfast is nice, the shower gets nice and hot, and the AC keeps the place nice and cool.

Breakfast was great, it was comparable to other hotels I have stayed at in Manila. The staff were very helpful with what you needed overall !! The Feliz felt like the Sheraton we stayed at in Waikiki. We were given rooms on the ground floor so no views but it turned out to be a blessing because the rooms were spacious and We didn't have to deal with taking the elevators. Being on the ground floor got you everwhere faster in and out of the hotel specially to the beach and the DMall.
