The suite had absolutely everything one may need, including a washer and a dryer. The kitchen had all utensils and they provided many complementary snacks and beverages. The tub in the bathroom worked very well.

As a guest who has visited all four and five star hotels in Makati during many stays in Manila, I have to say that in my opinion the Sommerset central stands out among these good hotels. Of course, every rating depends on personal preferences, but I particularly like this hotel too because of the friendliness of the staff. In general, employees in the Philippines try far more to be helpful than in many other countries. but in the summer set Central they are slightly surpassed

Upon check-in, the receptionist has been a great help. Very professional and accommodating. The staff was friendly specially security, porter and the cleaning person. The food has a wide range of choices. We highly recommend the place and wish to come back again.

The room was exceptional (bathroom with external window), fantastic views of BGC, Makati and Manila Bay with sunset, all the facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym etc.) are at the top.
