We had a fantastic stay, made even better thanks to Manager Huma. The hotel was extremely busy during our visit, but she went out of her way to help us throughout our stay. It definitely wasn't easy with how full the place was, but she remained calm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Her support really made a difference, and we’re so grateful for her attention and care. Big thanks to Huma – she’s a true asset to the hotel!
