Free car pick-up from the airport is a big positive in terms of convenience. Prices at the hotel restaurant were market related,so there was no need to eat out at street restaurants. Staff went out of their way to accomodate us, such as late check out at no extra costs

Aqsa and Qaisar Abbas were super friendly and helpful. I needed to hire a driver, they were on it. My mom got sick and I wanted to take breakfast to my room- they accomodated me. The entire staff was resourceful and friendly. They always greeted me with a smile and literally helped me without even asking for it. Fantastic experience and stay.

The suites exceeded our expectations - they are big, modern, stylish and equipped with everything you need. The staff is kind and helpful. The Imperial Suites are bit far from the Badshahi Mosque and the fort but with a really nice park just round the corner.
