Everything about this hotel was excellent: the location, the facilities, and the staff's attention. When we left, they offered to store our bags, so we could explore until our flight. Breakfast was scrumptious and so well prepared and presented. I even took a picture of the buffet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Also, I came with an electric car and was able to charge up for a few hours! Top!

Amazing breakfast, more than 100 dishes. Rare things, like smoked fish, vitamin shots. You can eat fresh waffles. Local specialties like root cucumbers, local hams. Very nice spa facility with sauna and massages available. Nice rooms with view to river and old town.

The location is perfect with the awesome view. I had a room under the roof and the ceiling was high, I like it, because the space looks bigger. Even though it was big enough (I honestly didn’t expect such big room) high ceiling is a good addition.
Everything was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was just right.

Fantastic location – very calm in the night, but yet in walking distance from the old town, and only half a km to the Gdańsk Śródmieście train station where you can reach the whole tri-city with SKM train (hint: ferry to Sopot Molo from the Gdańsk Old Town, spend the afternoon/evening there and get back with SKM to the hotel). AMAZING pool with fantastic warm water – exactly what we needed after whole day of sightseeing – and very friendly staff in the SPA. Spacious and very clean room with very nice view on the river was also great!

The location was the best ever to exist. It was right in the old town with many restaurants. The best restaurant I ate on was Piu Vicino - an Italian restaurant and it was right below the hotel. Amazing!!!! You have to try their bruschetta if you go, wow the best thing I’ve ever eaten 12/10 stars⭐️
The rooms at the IBB hotel were also amazing. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Big room and the best part was there is no traffic noice. It was so quiet in the evening that you couldn’t hear anything. We stayed on the 4th floor. Very sweet that they put 2 welcome drinks in the mini bar for free (water and juice I think) not every hotel does that. But we didn’t realize this until we were going home so we let it be.
And the staff - so welcoming and nice and helpful. They helped us store our luggage for free when we arrived because we landed early and our room wasn’t ready yet. So good that you can do that so you don’t have to carry all your luggage when your exploring the city.
The staff deserves a raise! Always smiled at us and greet us in the morning and made sure everything was good.
Overall - the best hotel me and my friend ever stayed at and we have stayed in so many hotels in so many countries and we could agree on that. We will definitely be coming back to you next time we visit Gdansk cause everything was just perfect! Thank you so much ❤️
