Everything was complimentary with the stay, it really made you feel welcome and not like a hotel that was out to gauge money out of you. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and the location perfect..

Garni Hotel is perfect in every way, located in an extremely quiet street.
The location is great (Kazimierz), and the city centre is just a 5-minute walk to Old Town.
Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is completely equipped for extremely comfortable stay. Rooms are very nice and spacious enough. The atmosphere is very neat.
Breakfast is fantastic, very tasty, and prepared for every taste, including gluten-free and lactose free.
There is also a garage with entrance from the back (main street), reachable from the elevator.
Absolute recommendation for family visits or business.
Will come here again for sure!

Great new appartment, very comfortable, 5 min from the centre, 10 min from Krakow Glowny train station (directly to the airport). Appartment is situaed in recontructed building, in area with many shops and restaurants, recommend.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices & included lattes made by a "real" Italian Expresso machine. Great food at the attached (independent restaurant) with attractive discount in the restaurant for guests of the hotel & discounted drinks for Happy Hour. Comfortable bed & pillows. Temperature of the room was great, heater could be adjusted & the windows opened (this is important in Europe in the winter when most hotel rooms are way too hot even with the hot water rads completely turned off. Shower had great water pressure & the towels were fluffy. Location is great - walkable distance to the Old Jewish quarter with restaurants & bars and ~10 minute walk to the market square (Cloth Hall & Xmas Markets)

The hotel is great! It is super clean, decoration is incredible, staff is attentive and cordial. There are water and coffee (good) free for guests, also bikes. Breakfast is amazing! The location also very good, with access to tram for the Old Town and Train to the airport. Also close to nica area restaurants.
