Very nice, friendly, and helpful staff. The breakfast offered high-quality food with an extensive selection. The room was quite large. The location is perfect (right at the Vistula river, very close to Wawel castle). Our request for a quiet room on a high floor was fully met. We even got help from the staff in finding a parking spot. I can recommend the hotel to everyone and we definitely will be back!
