I've stayed in the apartments multiple times. The reception is well-situated. On arrival, I was offered a different room that was ready, so we wouldn't have to wait. The room was clean and warm. IT has everything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience.

This quirky hotel is an easy walk to the old Market Square of Poznan. From the moment we walked in the door we were very well looked after. The staff were organised and our room, the Havanna Room, was ready early for us. The room was spacious and filled with light. The bed comfortable, the kettle and small fridge was appreciated. However, the breakfast was next level! Plenty of cold items, but hot food selected from a menu. Excellent! We loved our stay here and would stay again if we return.
