Absolutely everything. From the time we checked in, staff were exceptional, including cleaning staff. A particular mention of Oliwia, who is such an asset to the hotel. She showed a genuine interest in the guests and went above and beyond to help us with an issue we encountered. Marigold shopping centre is an easy 8 minute walk away. The hotel is next to the train station, and if you walk under the railway and across the park, you will reach a tram stop which takes you to the old town. A bonus if you are over 65 is that tram and rail is free. Just carry your ID. Across that intersection and next to MacDonald's, there is also a small deli and chemist. The hotel was spotless, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. There is also a laundry room for guests. A real gem for Wroclaw. We highly recommend Element by Westin.

​This apartment was an absolute superb find and an incredible place to stay! I can't recommend it highly enough. ​The space itself is very clean, well-equipped, and extremely modern. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, making our stay incredibly comfortable. ​The location is fantastic, set in a beautiful neighborhood with excellent connections by tram and bus, making it effortless to explore the city. ​Communication with the host was equally impressive—they were very prompt and incredibly friendly, which made the entire process seamless. ​The feature that was an absolute superstar for us was the private underground parking. Especially with the cold weather in the mornings, not having to defrost the car was a huge luxury! ​Thank you so much for an outstanding experience. We hope to return!

Have a nice and easy way to the airport by walking distance. Unfortunately was super rainy so I got a chance to get an uber, which even in a short distance was possible. Nice and cozy place, highly recommend
