The Junior Suite was very spacious and well-equipped. Big and comfortable bed and couch, medium-sized balcony and spacious walk-in bathroom. Furniture is modern and well taken care off. Curtains block light well, in case you'd like to sleep in the morning or take a nap in the afternoon.
The room was cleaned every day at around lunch time. They replaced everything (soap, shampoo, water bottle) without the need for us to ask for it.
The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Probably the best hotel staff we've ever encountered. I got a couple surprises on my birthday as well (no spoilters :)
The location is perfect if you like to hang on the beach or walk the shoreline. But the hotel offers excursios to nearby locations if you'd like to do some sightseeing.
There is plenty of space to sit, lay down and relax or sunbathe in the grounds of the hotel, and a couple of bars where you can eat some snacks or get drinks.

Good communication with the management of the apartment. Apartment very clean and modern, stayed in the same block the previous year and these apartments do feel very high end and the inside and outside areas are quite luxurious. Good A/C, smart TV's in living room and main bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Provided pool towels for 4 on request. Also great location for both the centre of Olhos and Acoteias, 10 mins max to either, and also to the beautiful Barranco Des Belharucas beach.

• Spacious and Comfortable: The villa is huge, with loads of room for everyone to relax without feeling cramped.
• Great Pool and Outdoor Area: The pool is a standout feature, ideal for groups and well-maintained. The pool table and ping pong table are nice touches too.
• Powerful Air Con: Every room has modern, effective air conditioning, which made the stay very comfortable even in the July heat.
• Better Than the Photos: The property looks dated in the online photos but is actually modern, clean and tastefully finished. Updated photography would help reflect the true quality.
• Good Location: It’s in a great spot. Olímpico Café just down the road is ideal if you arrive early, especially with kids and luggage. It has a pool, decent food and cheap beer.
• High-Pressure Showers: The main showers are incredibly powerful, basically like a jet wash.
• Fridge Space: Two large, modern fridge freezers kept everything cold which is a must for a large group.
• BBQ Area: Practical and well-equipped. We used it multiple times.
Set in Albufeira in the Algarve Region, 3.9 km from Oura Beach and a 10-minute walk from the centre of Olhos De Água, Falésia Garden features an outdoor pool and sun terrace.

Fantastic staff at all levels. We had a noisy room and asked to change which happened with no fuss. Food was very well made and plenty. Not cheap but the quality of the service is worth it.
