We spent fantastic three weeks at this wonderful and sophisticated place. We had a family suite (suite home) which was cleaned twice a day, thoroughly and discreetly for us. The room was cozy and well equipped with household appliances. From the very arrival we were surrounded with attention and care. All the personnel were responsive, friendly and helpful. We have the warmest and most touching memories of the restaurant Lima staff. Breakfast and brunch were served at Lima and deserved the highest marks due to its variety and quality. Special thanks to chef who makes deserts. We were impatiently waiting for lunch to try the taste of next masterpiece. Of course the main goal of our stay was the fantastic Falésia beach and we experienced the great pleasure at this pearl of Algarve. The way there lies through the well-kept and stylish territory of the hotel.

We could not fault the hotel, staff, or standards, all were fantastic. The only thing to consider is the location as it is too far from town to walk and limited footpaths on busy roads for safe walking. Need a taxi every time you leave the hotel. Even then, taxi services were amazing with great restaurant recommendations and prompt service

Well equipped, a little bit effort needed to expand the bed for two person, but otherwise very comfortable for such small space, second floor is suitable for work and rest, really enjoyed breakfast, restaurants and supermarket behind the boat, wifi suitable for work (videocalls)

I couldn't recommend PortoBay Blue Ocean enough! The rooms are modern and clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the food was amazing (the Flor de Sal restaurant is definitely worth a visit). Sport sessions take place daily (pilates, yoga, HIIT workout, etc) and other activities are also on offer including a walk to the local village, a cocktail making class and others. The atmosphere was very relaxing and was exactly what we needed. I would 100% recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved this charming spot! The apartments are beautifully romantic, tucked inside a classic building in a small, picturesque village. The patio is wonderful, and every detail — from the design to the quality of materials — is truly first-class. We cannot put into words how much we loved staying here! The room was great but the facilities were even better. The pool area was phenomenal that you don’t ever want to leave. They even have services such as massages and saunas and if you stay it’s a must you book these in! The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, definitely lived up to the hype and something we looked forward to each day. The only thing better than the facilities were the staff, everyone we spoke to was amazing and friendly we loved them all! Did I mention that it’s also in the most perfect spot walkable to everything you want in Abulfeira!
