Probably the comfiest hotel bed we've ever slept in - the quality of the sheets, matress and pillows was incredible. we got a free upgrade to a suite, the room was enormous and beautiful, with a freestanding bathtub. Breakfast was delicious, the hotel design was very fun. Beautiful rooftop pool and bar. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Would love to go back!

Great central location, 5 minute walk down to the sea, activities, restaurants etc. The hotel is fresh, clean, has a roof top pool and bar for the moments when you aren’t sightseeing. And the staff are so friendly and helpful. Fab buffet breakfast.

The location is absolutely excellent. Right in the city center. And the car parking is a miracle (reservation needed). Communication with Mr. Luis was very easy (prompt replies, easy key collection). The apartment having two full bathroom was also great feature.

it is close to the center of Funchal, clise to grocery and tour pick ups. The place was quite clean and comfortable with immediate needs (toiletries, cooking and eating utensils etc) available. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Madeira.
