We were sad to have to leave! The property is amazing in every little detail. The decor, facilities, staff and food. The rooms and common areas are delightful, the breakfast area is beautifully set up with lovely food. A welcome drink is provided at 3pm in a wonderful area with individual bread and cheese platters and help-yourself wine from 3 barrels ( yes true!) And the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Shoutout to Ricardo who texted us the room was ready after a long exhausting journey, to Carla the singer/ breakfast hostess who was exquisite and helpful and to Joao the doorman who went out of his way to ask if we needed assistance when our taxi stood us up. And to all the staff whose name we don’t know . Thank you for our lovely stay

The location is perfect. It is near many tourist places and excellent restaurants and walking distance from many neighbourhoods. The staff was very kind with us, and the room was clean and beautiful, with noise-cancelling windows.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Great location in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, lots of cool caffes and winebars around. Very local and chill. We loved the inner court. The breakfast is tasty, fresly made and very rich.

Large, comfortable, clean rooms in a great, central location. Pretty quiet, though that could be due to the time of year (February, not high season). The value for the price was great!

What was there not to like?! :) Me and my daugther - we loved it! Before booking the place, I read all the previous reviews and have to say they were right. The place is perfect - well located in a quiet corner of the area, small and cozy, discreet and professional hosts, delicious breakfast, nice room with all the necessary basics, complimentary coffee/tea/snacks during the day. Will be back for sure!

The common area. It was very beautiful, big, spotless and they have coffee, different teas, cake and fruits for free. The room was nice, a bit too small but it was very clean :)
