A special shoutout to Luiz at check-in, who was friendly and efficient, and Joao at the door, whose warm welcome set the tone for our stay. The hotel’s decor is stunning and exudes elegance in every corner. The breakfast experience was unforgettable, especially with the live piano music creating a perfect ambiance to start the day. The location is ideal—close to everything I needed, making it easy to explore the city. This hotel truly deserves a 10/10

Realy loved our stay! We arrived very early due our night flight. We could not go to our room yet. But they let us enjoy the breakfast for free that day, and contacted us on whatsapp when the room was ready. Breakfast was perfect! The people that worked there where super kind! Room was beautiful with lovely Rituals products! Room was a little small, but for a couple of day’s it does not matter when you only need the room to sleep and shower. Maybe only missed some extra place to hang like jacket. So not only a closet. And maybe a little fridge. Hope to be back some day when it’s hot enough to use the swiming pool! ;-)

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and you could see the attention to details everywhere. The breakfast buffet spanned multiple rooms and was delicious and fresh, with lots of options. The staff were all helpful and went out of their way to assist and the location is perfect for exploring the centre of Lisbon,

This is a beautiful place in a perfect location, clean and comfortable. But the best thing is the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful, every single one of them. Thank you for making our last 3 days in portugal the best days of the holiday.
