Very cozy place, with a homely atmosphere. Close to everything, but away from the tourist hustle and bustle, a great starting point for sightseeing in Lisbon. Close to very good restaurants and bars with local food. In the hotel itself there is a very nice garden, where you can relax after the heat of the day, and drink good wine or beer (interesting approach to billing for drinks). Additionally, every day a variety of sweets, delicious... Very communicative and nice service, helping in every matter.

The staff was so sweet and chatty and indulged us as we attempted to speak Portuguese. The room service and breakfast was great and the beds were soft. It's basically the Four Seasons without the snooty attitudes and inflated prices.

The place was in a great location, easy walking distance to explore city. Owner was really communicative and responsive and check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room was big with everything you need. There is also a kitchen area to prepare food outside the room and make coffee which was great. They have a washing machine too and space to hang out your clothes afterwards.

House Sao Bento is a recovered historical building located in Lisbon. Set in a quiet and safe area, this guest house provides free WiFi access.

The staff was very friendly. We really liked our room which felt very cosy. The location of the Guest house was also perfect allowing you to discover different neighbourhoods. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place was very clean. There was everything we needed. We were in 4. So I can say its a Little place but all our needs were acomplished. All essentials were provided. Even more than expected. The host was above expectations. Carlos delivered us all the planing of the city, what we can see, where do eat, what we can listen as music, he was checking if all is ok, if we need anything etc. Its really the best experiance I ever had and I travelled already a lot in my life. I never met such a host as Carlos. I definately recommand to everybody this place, this host and Lisbon. 100/10.

Spacious and clean rooms with a huge comfortable bed. Staff were incredibly accommodating. The breakfast was abundant and good. Location was convenient with a bus stop and tram stop close by. Will stay here again next time.
