The location was very good - underground station very near as well as good bus service to all the attractions. we also walked to the Avenida da Liberdade which is a really posh shopping street, The staff was absolutely wonderful : both the reception and the cleaning ladies were helpful and polite. The atmosphere of an old converted tenement house plus all the modern facilities make this place an unforgettable experience.

We are a family of 4 with two teenagers. We stayed in a room with two doublebed. The room had a fantastic view and balcony on Av de Liberdade but there was no noice issues at all. The room was gorgeous with high ceilings and a fantastic bathroom. Beds were comfortable. A welcoming drink was offered which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of both sweet and savoury items, very good juices and fruits. One could also get an omelette made.
There is a nice little gym and a poolarea with a floating garden. The personnel was very helpful. Overall a fantastic hoten with a great location for a city holiday in Lisbon.

An excellent option to stay in Lisbon. The hotel is very well located and within walking distance from most of the tourist attractions. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is big, and the amenities are of good quality. The bed is extremely comfortable and huge.
