The location was very good. It was a 10 minute walk to the old center (there are no good hotels there) and in fornt of the hotel was the metro that took you there in 1 minute. The staff was more then friendly. Welcome drink, chocolates in the room. Pastry and port in the room as a welcome. The breakfast was perfect (bubbles included for who likes it in the morning).

Exceptionally clean room. Towels were very clean and during our stay the room was cleaned. There is a lot of shared bathrooms. Staff was very friendly making pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast is good.
Location is near metro station and at walking distance from center. I would recommend this hostel to all my friends and If I ever come back to Lisbon I will stay here again.
