The hotel was a nice surprise to me. When I booked there were no previous comments, as the hotel was brand new (it has opened only some days before). But everything was beyond my expectations. The location is excellent, close to the port, on a flat street and very convenient, because the Alfama area is mostly uphill. The girl (Nelly) at the reception was very kind and helpful and the breakfast was of a great variety and quality. Congratulations to the cook preparing it!

There can be no finer boutique hotel in Lisboa! Perfect location in Lisboa. Loved the architecture + design. The view was spectacular. Sitting on the terrace for a before dinner drink (and one night for an after dinner glass of port) is a must. The staff is exceptional is the terrace lounge. And exceptional front desk staff also - they helped us with restaurant suggestions and reservations. Always professional and kind. Wish we had included breakfast option - not sure why we did not.

Everything was perfect. The room was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, the receptionist gave us detailed information for the main attractions and also booked a table for us at a great fado restaurant.
