We were impressed with the room, décor, staff, and overall service. It was a birthday gift for my partner, and the team went above and beyond by surprising her with a cake and sparkling wine. The reception staff were extremely helpful and handled our outside restaurant bookings, following up with us to confirm everything. After we checked out, the hotel realised we had forgotten a few items. They contacted us immediately, even before we noticed ourselves. Coming from a catering background both of us, I can say a very big well done to the entire team. Keep it up — we will definitely be returning

The apartment was modern, clean and well stocked for our needs. The location a little outside the tourist activity was great, especially since a bus stop was located feet from the door with numerous busses to take us downtown in minutes - we also easily walked it. Shopping for essentials was within walking distance, including a Lidl, bakeries, bank etc.
