10/10 amazing stay. Ruben and his wife (the owners) showed me SO much kindness. They are angels. They allowed me to check in WAY earlier than normal (because I hadn't slept in 2 days from traveling), and were extremely responsive. Secondly, I ended up losing my US to EU adapater and had no way to charge anything that I own (phone, laptop, shaving machine, etc.)- Ruben went out of his way to meet me well past 11:00 pm just to give me his OWN PERSONAL charger. I mean these guys are KIND and good vibes if I've ever known this. I don't know what else to say. In regard to the stay, the place was SUPER clean, super comfy, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Bathrooms were spotless. They clearly put great effort into making sure the cleaning crew is flawless. The location was also fantastic, just a few minutes walk away from beautiful sceneries and restaurants. Big plus was the memory foam beds and pillows, literally better than a hotel. I have nothing to say but 10/10 across the board. Ruben and his wife are AMAZING people, and I cannot stress this enough: if you're in Porto PLEASE stay here. You will not regret it.

Very comfortable and quiet bedroom, superb room service and spa amenities. Breakfast had multiple options to choose from, and the staff was very friendly.

Very good location, there is a supermarket right across the street. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The shared kitchen was very well equipped and the communication with the hosts were great…. The kids wanted to live there…. Thanks for everything

My room (Room #2) had a small kitchenette with a microwave, coffee machine and fridge, which would make it very suitable for a longer stay. The room was very large, with a modern bathroom and very high ceilings, which made it feel spacious. There was also an enclosed balcony which gave the room the feeling a suite.

Perfect accommodation for a couple stay. The room was exactly as described and the host was very friendly.
