The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms were fresh and airy, and very clean. The location is perfect for walking around and the staff suggested us some very good restaurants in the area. Breakfast was also a good variety and tasty. We would not hesitate to come back here, it was really charming and the care taken to make you feel welcome is clear. They let us store our bags after check out and called a taxi for us to the airport even when their transfer service was full. Really a sweet and cozy hotel!!!

It’s was an opening weekend and the management and staff couldn’t have been nicer. The place was immaculate and they made us feel very welcome.

Conveniently located in the heart of the city - Right in the middle of everything! Super vibrant area, lovely staff. Room and bed were comfortable as was bathroom. We had asked for an upgraded room with a view and they were able to accommodate that which was nice, but their "view" rooms are a tiny window above the bed so not what we were thinking we'd get, but understandable given these are old buildings converted to hotels - can't say enough great things about the staff, location and comfort of the hotel! Ac was great, Breakfast and service were fantastic! Excellent food and service, we loved that bonus perk as it was a great way to star the day of exploring their beautiful city. Great communication through the booking.com app with the hotel staff as well, which was super helpful. You will love this hotel and it's location!

Best breakfast at a hostel I ever had, super complete with lots of options and even Pastel de Nata! Each room had 2 toilets with showers inside. It was more than enough even with a full room and much easier than shared toilets Very close to everything, made my trip very easy Staff was kind and helpful!
