Booked for a room with a view and stayed at the 5th floor. Fantástic view of the Ribeira, especially at the sunset.
Nice and friendly people attending in the reception, restaurant and bar.
Fantastic breakfast, including sparkling and Porto wines. Cheeses and sausages served in the hotel winery, which makes a true difference.
It was my wife birthday and they sent her a bottle of sparkling wine with a small cake to celebrate. Little things that really makes a big difference.

Clean comfortable accommodation in a great location. We stayed in room 6 on the top floor. Climbing 8 sets of stairs each time you go to your room is not for the timid but the great view and "loft like" room made it worth it. (there is a luggage elevator)
Breakfast was nice and well-served. And Mathilde was most helpful and friendly.

Everything was excellent.best accommodation i could have booked. Fabulous location, 2 min from river at Ribiera. So central to everything...5.mins to everywhere. Room was perfect very comfortable bed, powerful shower, kitchen fridge etc. Lots of space. Great view..lift right up to 4th floor, small as had to fit on space but so reliable. Jose and Isabella at reception could not be more helpfu and friendlyl, suggestions for food, restaurants, anything. WhatsApp d lots of suggestions. Check in at midnight was seamless with codes etc..bottle of port and some food waiting. Honestly best booking ever, would stay again absolutely.
