This is an amazing boutique hotel located in an unassuming building, in a quiet part of central Bucharest. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped (with a very efficient heated towel rail!). The satellite TV gave access to a wide array of channels, including live sport. The continental breakfast provided was excellent - the fresh croissants were absolutely amazing.
The staff at Nobel Boutique Hotel are wonderful - each and every person we interacted with was helpful, happy to chat, and provided great recommendations about what to do in Bucharest. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
