The facility is new with proper comfortable furniture inside. The location is top notch, we were able to travel almost all parts of the "viewable" city by walk. Though, we haven't used the bus terminal and tram stations are located within 3 minutes walk of the apartment. It is within 15 minutes of walk to USCE concert area, which is nice since we were there for Rammstein. The view of the balcony was top notch, and we had a great time watching the city there. The communications with the host were stellar, the host answered all my questions before and during our stay.

The location is great for what we needed - not too busy but close enough to the city centre (roughly 30-40min walk). Parking space is actually whatever you find on the side of the road but we found a spot every time. The place is really clean and the host was very communicative and accommodating. Self check-in was really useful and easy.

The neighbourhood is stunning! Streets are very light even in night! It’s very clean and safe place to stay! Mall Gallery and a lot of restaurants are just 5 minutes walking! The view from the apartment is gorgeous especially at night l! Definitely recommend the complex!
