My stay at Raffles Palace Macca was truly unforgettable. It was my first time doing Umrah, and the way I was treated made me feel so special—like I was out of this world. I didn’t want to leave.
Special thanks to Mr Yaseen Ali, Saqib,Nasir and of course the Butler Manager; Wasim, Rania and Tasnim… for their outstanding hospitality. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and meaningful.

First time doing umrah for ourselves without agency and I can't express how happy me and my wife were. It's within the clock tower so we didn't have to walk too far to reach Masjidil Haram (just need to bear with the lifts). The best part was the food availability in the mall itself, you will be spoilt for choice. Breakfast was awesome too with variety of bread and spreads.
