Where do I begin?? First of all the location was absolutely brilliant and very close to Masjid-Al Haram which made everything a lot easier. In addition to this, I was absolutely amazed at the quality of the rooms and en-suite bathrooms, this definitely made the trip a lot more comfortable especially after umrah.
Most importantly however, the quality of customer service at the hotel was honestly second to none, both Rakan and Abdul Rahman went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay, even going so far as to help me locate items I had forgotten in the room after check out. They made for a very smooth and comfortable stay!

It was very good looking and modern. U got a Shuttle for Haram. Everything was really good. The personal was very friendly and helped with problems. I would always choose them again. They even called me 2 days after checkout, that i forgot 60 Riyal in my room. SubhanAllah, thank u very much.
