Everything, from start to finish was absolutely incredible. Everyone, from the bag porters, to the reception desk helpers, to the waiters at the restaurant, were all exceptional. Not only were the facilities amazing, the service received was completely unparalleled. This is the best hotel ever! The hotel really allows you to focus on your true purpose of coming to Makkah, no worries at all regarding the hotel!

Clean close to haram with buses 24/7 Husien and Mo Zakaria and chef Ali and Sauod at the restaurant international breakfast were very active, smart and polite. The food was excellent. Reception was so cooperative from day one. Hotel is close to haram and has small shops for nice gifts from holy Mecca. The suite I booked was so spacious..with reasonable price..and lift servives were so fast with no delay. Will sure book again Keep going and best wishes

The extremely courteous and supportive staff especially Anas Ahmad, Shahadat and the Manager. They made sure everything we needed was always provided. We really enjoyed their hospitality. Al Joud is also good value for money.

The boss Mr. Abdullah is very nice and warmly welcome the guests. Hotel was very clean and the reception was very cooperative. Location of the hotel is not far from Haram. It takes only 7-10 minutes on taxi to get to Haram. Main road is just 2-3 min walk from the hotel where you can get a taxi to Haram. Taxi fare is 5 riyal from hotel to Haram. On return from Haram to hotel is 10 riyal. you may have to negotiate about the fare. You can find lots of food around the hotel.
