And also amazing chef Hicham. Helpful cheerful 😊 staff. Very clean, excellent food Very near to kabba king Malik Abdel Aziz , ism with them since 2007. I highly recommend 👌 ☺️ 👍..in addition to all facilities of life around . They care also about your health giving you antioxidants water all through the day to keep you strong ...with all the vitamins you need for you to go with your Aumra smoothly. If you will not be able to eat in their restaurant there are all types of fast food around with supermarket and pharmacy

We were a family of 4 and booked the Presidential Suite . it was perfect spacious and had comfortable beds.3 bathrooms were a big plus.Duty manager Kautar was very pleasant and helpful. All cleaning staff very friendly and good. Bus shuttle service to Haram very efficient.

Most welcoming staff I have ever come across - specially the receptionist Abdullah Al-Ghanem made us feel very comfortable :) Service: The delicious Arabic coffee and dates available at reception anytime - made our day :) Location: Great location! Next to a big Mosque. Super close to Haram with taxi (10min) - and local bus (5 min walk from hotel which cost 4riyals!) Many restaurants and shops around! Made it easy to try local food :) Room: The room was spacious and clean! There was no cleaning routine - but they cleaned anytime you wanted and very neatly! Nevertheless the hotel had great scent at all time ☺️
