Upon arriving at the hotel, we proceeded straight to the basement parking because there were no available spaces in front of the hotel, which turned out to be very convenient for us. The staff are very helpful.

First of all - very polite, attentive and helpful staff, customer service is highest quality. All employees whom we met - smiling when we talked with them, asking if are not missing anything and they can help us somehow. Room was spacious, clean, everything was there, we have not missed anything. Hotel location is very good - close to many restaurants and cafes of Olaya street, also not far from Kingdom Center. Breakfast was excellent, wifi was good and stable. Truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, it smelled good once you walked in. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Extra props to Nawaf at the front desk, and the breakfast hotel manager for a wonderful breakfast. The room has nice view of the Kingdom Tower and I could walk many places. There were some cafes around and the neighborhood was very safe.
