This is a very nice hotel located in the centre and close to the railway situation. At first glance, it looked modest but appeared to be quite pleasant and cozy. My room was very quiet, this being a great plus. The hotel serves a rich and healthy breakfast in the cool premises while its staff does everything to make the clients feel comfortable and happy.

Cozy atmosphere. Everywhere perfectly clean, welcoming and smiiing personnel, rich and fresh breakfast which the staff kept filling up until last moment. Good coffee, tea and chocolate for free available all day long (selfservice). Great location in quieter part of the center.
My (first) stay in Malmo was a wonderful experience also due to hospitality of Best Western Hotel. After 4 nights I felt like home thanks to the friendly staff. Special thanks also to the kitchen guys - the typical and here homemade Swedish meatballs were awesome! And I really loved the way you cared for the breakfast buffet and your attention to the detail.
I can highly recommend to everyone who prefers coziness and friendliness to anonymity and uniformity of big hotels and doesn't give a damn about luxury. The Swedish simple style has its charm. If I have a chance I would definitely come back here.

We got a free upgrade to our stay. There was a choice of a room with double bed or 2 separate beds right as we arrived. Check in was fast and easy.
The room was spatious, with a desk, 2 armchairs, a safe, kettle, hairdryer, tea/coffee, mini bar for extra cost. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The highest level of what anyone can expect from a hotel.
Free breakfast was amazing. Tasty, filling, with various dietary options if needed. It being included in the cost is even more incredible.
The building looks very nice, has some windy corridors, which adds to the atmosphere. But it doesn't feel old at all, even though it probably is.
The location is very nice. 15 mins from the train station, right in the city center pretty much.
