My then 5yr old son wanted to stay here.We did not have enough time during that travel to check out the hotel. He is now 12, and we purposely flew thorough Changi just for him to experience the airport swimming pool. His bucket list checked! Thank you Aerotel.

We loved this beautiful hotel. The rooms are so well designed and comfortable. The layout of all the trees surrounding the walkways was lovely. Check-in was carried out online the day before our visit. When our flight was delayed by 6 hours, I was worried we would lose the room as our arrival would be significantly later than we had agreed. I emailed the hotel explaining the problem and they not only accepted a revised arrival time, but also gave us a later check out so we could sleep in a bit. We were so grateful for that. Finding the hotel from the airport was super easy and we had a lovely stay.
