The hotel is located near the Chinatown MRT station, which is about a 3-4 minute walk away. There is assistance available for carrying luggage before reaching the hotel. The front desk staff are fluent in both English and Chinese, and they are friendly with charming smiles. The rooms are very clean, and the view from the window is excellent.
