The staff is simply superb, both for the day to day to things out of the ordinary. In my case, my bag was left in a layover airport and was sent over the next day, the staff helped me getting it back and even delivered it up to my room. The rooms are not the biggest (then again, this is Singapore), but they very well designed. I stayed in a loft-style room which I definitely would recommend. Location is very good, with a subway access right outside the hotel lobby even though there are plenty of interesting places within walking distance.

First of all i would like to thank Preet whom had looked after me up on check in, she was very informative, very helpful, her service went above and beyond, very courteous, friendly smile, beautiful lady, hostel was very clean, Preet takes pride in maintaining the hostel always working so hard, she deserves to be recognised for her excellency, over all very happy, nice spacious cabins compared to other hostels.

Actually, everything. Everything from the main entrance to the infinity pool. Every corner of the Marina Bay Sands exceeded my expectation. Thanks to the butlers and everyone that served us, and special thanks to the reception named Rosh. We booked 2 rooms and when we come at the counter to check in there is 2 rooms far far away from each other. And we asked Rosh to make our rooms near to each other and at least put them in same tower. And then he talked with the manager of rooms ( i think its called that way) for about 30mins and then he offered us the best rooms of the hotel and service that he and the butlers gave us would definitely make us come again in Singapore and spend out more more time in Marina Bay Sands.
