The staff were exceptional. Always friendly, helping with any requests we had. The location was excellent, within walking distance to most attractions or 1 stop on the MRT. The room was spacious and very clean with everything we needed. The rooftop pool was beautiful and provided much needed relief after a day of sightseeing.
We also had a beautiful cake sent to our room to acknowledge our Honeymoon.

Wonderful old Colonial hotel sitting in the heart of Singapore we were awe struck when we arrived, was Chinese New Year so beautifully decorated entrance, the ambiance was divine when we walked in, Jasmine type smell was so inviting.

This hotel exceeded my expectations by far ! The staff was all so kind and helpfully. Sarah really went above and beyond for all of my little requests. I particularly liked the Club level perks; access to a real gym is something I've never encountered and was just amazing. But also the drinks, the snacks, the complimentary laundry and the quiet breakfast area. I will definitely be back here in 2025 !

It was in a very nice neighbourhood, in Chinatown. The hotel is based on sustainability. It is very chill and comfortable. Although it is in a skyscapper, it feels like you are in the nature. Absolutely amazing.

The hotel is very new, and all the facilities are in excellent working condition. There are complete sets of pots, bowls, chopsticks, knives, forks, a washing machine, and a dryer. The check-in process was very efficient. I would like to express my special thanks to the front desk staff member Khristy Khor, who efficiently helped us with the extension of our stay for half a day. The location is very convenient, with nearby convenience stores and restaurants easily accessible. Even when ordering takeout, the staff will deliver it to your room. The view is fantastic, with a 270-degree sea view; I really love this hotel.
