I liked everything. Very nice and helpful staff, room size is good, the Byredo toiletries in the bathroom, the cleaning staff all attentive and checking in refularlyvto see if we needed anything in the room. The location of the hotel is convenient to Orchard and also there is a small mall next door.

Location, pool, proximity to the train, proximity to shops (Tanglin Mall immediately behind but also close to Orchard Rd)  and a large upmarket supermarket be ng literally downstairs were all major positives. The room was very comfy, the facilities were everything we needed and communication beforehand was excellent (got interconnecting rooms for my family). Oh and almost forgot but the hotel is right by the Botanical Gardens- best sight in Singapore in my books.
