It was an incredibly relaxing place, and the club lounge never failed to impress. The room was upgraded, the female staff learning Japanese is supportive and all staff had wonderful smiles, making it an unforgettable honeymoon trip. Truly grateful. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at the Mercure icon for about 5 days and found our stay to be very enjoyable.
The staff were very friendly,polite and helpful.Especially Joe the concierge.
The location is very central to all tourist sites.Easy accessibility be it by MRT, buses, taxis or app taxis.

Location was perfect, near Chinatown, 3 MRTs and heaps of bars and restaurants. Rooftop pool was perfect temperature with fantastic views. Room facilities were great, fab shower, amazing view from the large window over Chinatown. Staff surprised me with birthday treats and wine which was a very delightful surprise.

The location is fantastic for MRT which is directly across the road. Great selection of malls and Hawker street food and Chinatown's Pagoda Street markets. Something to see around every corner! Just a 30 minute walk to Marina Bay if you want to take in the sights.
The room itself was very spacious and quiet. The bed was so comfortable! The aircon worked a treat.
Reception staff were lovely and it wasn't an issue with our 4am check out. They even booked a taxi for us. Great stay!

Excellent location near 2 metro stops, very close to Maxwell Hawker, extremely friendly knowledgeable staff who would chat and made us feel like family, and the rooms and amemities were spotlessly clean and high end. Definitely staying here for any and all future Singapore trips!

Everything was just top notch!
We spend here3 nights and everything was so perfect. Very modern place and super clean. I love the scent you can small as soon as you walk in. Free water dispenser and coffee and tee feee to be taken anytime. Centrally located. Perfect sharing areas. Perfect staff. Highly recommended! I’ll be coming back in the future. Love the idea of being barefoot, shoes not allowed inside. Love the idea of the bags as well so we can keep your thing inside there when going to the bathroom. Thank you again for the unforgettable experience.
